Baking Soda

Baking soda is a great tool for cleaning and removing stains, but there are many health benefits associated with the use of baking soda, too. Some of the most common baking soda benefits include:

Eases stomach pain
Helps with digestive issues
Relieves bloating and gas
Fights off diseases
Neutralizes acid
Kills fungi, mold and parasites
Minimizes cough and sore throat
Reduces the duration of cold and flu
Helps pH balance
Reduces the symptoms of gout
Promotes kidney health
Treats urinary tract infections
Reduces muscle pain and fatigue

Lemon

The antioxidants found in vitamin C do double duty in lemon water. They fight damage caused by free radicals, keeping your skin looking fresh. Getting enough vitamin C from your lemon water also keeps the body producing collagen, essential in smoothing out lines in the face.

Lemons are high in Vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin C is great for fighting colds and potassium stimulates brain and nerve function and helps control blood pressure.

Pink Himalayan Salt and Salt Substitute

Real Salt, mined from ancient sea beds, is untainted by toxins and provides a rich source of 60+ trace minerals. Himalayan salt is also mined from ancient sea beds, so it is pure from modern environmental toxins. It provides a whopping 84 trace minerals, plus a unique ionic energy that is released when the salt is mixed with water.

The benefits of himalayan salt  include:

Detoxifies the body by balancing systemic pH
Improves hydration by providing trace minerals
Improves mineral status of the body
Reduces muscle cramps by improving minerals and hydration
Helps balance blood sugar
Supports hormone balance for everyone, no matter what hormonal issues you face
Helps balance blood pressure because it provides unrefined, mineral-rich salt in an ionic solution
Improves sleep by supporting blood sugar and hormone balance
Acts as a powerful antihistamine
Supports weight loss by balancing hormones and improving energy
Supports thyroid and adrenal function

Salt substitute for potassium.

Powdered Vitamin C

The health benefits of vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid include prevention and treatment of scurvy, common cold, lead toxicity, and cancer. It aids in boosting the immune system, lowering hypertension, curing cataracts, combating stroke, maintaining the elasticity of skin, healingwounds, and controlling the symptoms of asthma.

Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is one of the most effective and safest nutrients. It is a water-soluble vitamin and a powerful antioxidant in the synthesis of collagen, which helps to make blood vessels and body muscles strong. The human body doesn’t have the capacity to generate vitamin C. Therefore, it needs to be received through food and other supplements.

Magnesium

Good health is all about balance. A delicate balance must be maintained between the levels of magnesium and calcium in your body—especially at a cellular level. For example, calcium makes muscles contract, while magnesium allows them to relax. Calcium is needed for blood clotting, but magnesium keeps the blood flowing freely. The good news is your body knows exactly how to create this balance—that is, when it has the right amount of these two fundamental nutrients available. Our bodies were designed to obtain the nutrients we need from the food we eat, including plenty of magnesium. Sadly, most of us (an estimated 80 percent) don’t get enough magnesium in our diets, while we often take in an excess of calcium, mainly from dairy products and supplements. Both high-calcium diets and stress-filled lives deplete the magnesium in our bodies even further.

Tips To Keep Your Immune System Strong

  • Quit sugar.

  • Don't eat grains.

  • Get moving.

  • Get at least 7 hours of sleep.

  • Get your Vitamin D.

  • Take 1-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar per day.

  • Avoid processed foods.

  • Avoid fast foods.

  • Eat real food the way it is in nature.

  • Smile. De-stress.
